Divya Unny

An actor and filmmaker, Divya Unny has been working in cinema for almost 8 years and has made a mark as a performer and a storyteller through various feature and short films. She’s trained as an actor for five years through theatre and intense workshops and is now a known face within TV commercials as well. Her directorial ventures like Her First Time and Dancing Queen have touched upon important issues pertaining to girl children of India and she hopes to emerge as a voice of women among the film fraternity through her stories. She’s a trained Bharatanatyam Dancer, a voice artist, a yoga coach and also a proud cat mom.

I am practicing as an Advocate for last 38 years, from the year 1983 and have a wide national and international client base. My area of practice in law includes Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial and Co-operative service matters. I am practicing in the High Court, Mumbai and High Court, Aurangabad, and my practice also extends in the Thane, Bandra, Panvel, Vasai, Alibaug District Courts. 

I have worked as an Assistant Government Pleader (AGP) and Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) for 10 years during my practice tenure at the High Court, Aurangabad.

I have worked as the Vice President of Advocates Bar Association at High Court, Aurangabad and as an Executive Committee member of the Advocates Association of Western India (AAWI) at High Court, Mumbai

I have been empaneled as a legal advisor of several significant committees such as legal adviser of Nanded University, of Housing Finance and MSRTC. I have been on the panel of Sexual Harassment Committees of Labour and Industrial Court, Bandra and Apollo Hospital, Nerul.

I am the Former President, Maharashtra Federation of Women Lawyers(MFWL) and currently designated as the Vice President, All India Federation of Women Lawyers (AIFWL)

I strongly believe in women’s rights and working for their empowerment. My aim is to be a “medium for Justice” for one and all across all barriers.

Sushmita Singh
Sushmita Singh is a consultant psychologist and psychotherapist, with basic training in

Psychology from Jai Hind College, affiliated to Mumbai University and a master’s degree with specialization in Clinical Psychology from Maniben Nanavati Women’s College, affiliated to S.N.D.T University, Mumbai. She is also the founder of Inner Tattva, an inclusive holistic healthcare and wellness space.

She has received training in Rational Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from In Vivo-Mumbai Centre for RECBT, affiliated to Albert Ellis Institute, New York; Intensive Clinical Training in Psychotherapy (ICTP) from Desousa Foundation and has completed Tobacco Cessation Training Programme: Life First along with being an International Certified Career Coach. She has also undertaken several courses in the domain of mental health and well-being.

She has a key interest in working with children. Apart from working as a School Counsellor and experience in a hospital setting, she has conducted workshops for MNC’s and volunteered with various Ngo’s in Mumbai. She counsels care-givers to deal with the impact of the disorder on their loved ones, to ensure minimum psychological stress on them. In addition to her formal training, she is skilled in planning and designing mental health programs. While working as psychologist at Manotsav Foundation, she developed and conducted Comprehensive Mental Health Program (CMHP) for students in BMC schools across Mumbai.
