Mindful Care Counseling
In today’s fast paced, mechanical and hectic lifestyle, anxiety, panic attack, depression, suicidal tendencies are very common and we have to consciously work towards guarding our mental health. Prioritizing mental health is vital for holistic development of every individual for a healthier and happier life. We all need someone with whom we can express ourselves naturally without any fear of criticism or judgment. We need a pathway and a support system where we can express our emotions and a person who can lend a ear and whom we can talk to.
Nowadays We are all over exposed, overloaded and bombarded with information via social media, whats app, telegram, television etc. Most of them have lost their discretion to make correct decisions. Their rational/logical thinking and problem solving ability is hampered as the intellect is clouded. Due to the lack of time that parents and children have for each other, they are also deprived of emotional nourishment.
Parents and children both are busy in their own world, and both ‘ME’ Time and ‘WE’ Family Time is diminishing in most households. Joint families are being replaced by nuclear families which are further replaced by single parent or single individual families. There are families where grown up independent children don’t want parents to stay with them. There are also families where parents don’t wish to stay with children. Some children are not lucky enough to get a chance to live and learn from their grandparents, due to complicated family dynamics which is eventually proving detrimental to the social structure and shaking the roots causing disharmony and distrust in the society.
